Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

Zlexironchim is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of Noverex. This Refund & Returns Policy sets out the conditions under which you may return a product and request a refund or replacement.

This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

2. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure with the goods
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from a major failure
  • Repair or replacement (at our option) if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

These statutory rights apply regardless of our standard return policy below.

3. Standard Returns Policy — 30-Day Period

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns period from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return and refund under our standard policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
  • The product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging
  • The product seal has not been broken
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under our standard policy (your ACL rights are not affected):

  • Opened products where the tamper-evident seal has been broken, unless the product is defective
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery (except where your ACL rights apply)
  • Products that have been damaged by misuse or improper storage

Please provide your name, order details, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to return the product.

6. Return Shipping

Where a return is required:

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is for a reason other than a product fault (e.g. change of mind within our 30-day standard policy), the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a trackable postage method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the ACL.

9. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct product at no additional charge.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the ACL.
